Labs

CT Scans
CT scans provide detailed, cross-sectional images that help physicians quickly evaluate internal injuries, bleeding, infections, and other serious conditions. At Methodist Legacy ER and Urgent Care, CT imaging is available on-site and performed by experienced technologists, allowing for rapid assessment when time matters most.
EKG
An EKG records the electrical activity of your heart and can help identify rhythm changes, heart strain, or signs of cardiac concerns. This quick, noninvasive test is often used when symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, or palpitations need prompt evaluation.
Ultrasound
Ultrasound uses sound waves to create real-time images of organs, soft tissues, and blood flow. It is a safe, radiation-free tool commonly used to evaluate abdominal concerns, soft tissue injuries, and vascular conditions.
X-ray

Covid-19
If you believe you may need COVID-19 testing, you can visit a Methodist Legacy ER & Urgent Care location without an appointment. During your visit, a physician or nurse practitioner will evaluate your symptoms and determine whether testing is appropriate. When recommended, rapid COVID-19 testing may be available, with results provided during your visit.
We also encourage you to contact your insurance provider to understand your coverage, including any cost-sharing waivers or benefits related to COVID-19 testing and treatment.
