Opening November 2026 on Sam Rayburn Highway (State Highway 121), Methodist Legacy ER and Urgent Care Melissa will be just minutes from home for families in Liberty and Willow Wood. It will also be an easy drive for neighbors coming in from Anna and north McKinney.
Growing families need care that keeps up with them. As part of the Methodist Legacy family, we're backed by Methodist Health System's nearly 100-year commitment to patient-centered care, and our board-certified physicians will be ready to treat patients of all ages. Our emergency room will be open 24 hours a day, every day. Urgent care will be open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily for illnesses and injuries that need prompt attention but aren't emergencies.
From pediatric visits to orthopedic injuries, and with on-site lab and imaging, Melissa families will have emergency and urgent care under one roof, close to home.
